For Home Delivery, we use Royal Mail for our domestic and International parcel deliveries.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses and use our standard Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?
If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please use eBay messages or open a return request through eBay. After receiving our confirmation place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or in some cases the return label provided and mail to us.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange/return or exchange. We will notify you by eBay message when your return has been processed.

Warranty
All the products we sell have a minimum of 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.
If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing vie eBay messages including a description of the fault and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such replacement.
Your sole remedy in respect of a failure of the Goods to comply with the Warranty is as set out in the Warranty Conditions.
We will be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty and you will if so requested in writing by us promptly return any Goods the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and carriage paid to us for examination.
We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
Insuppa Auto Spare Parts will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product. All items for the warranty procedure must be sent back by the customer.
